Interested in Becoming an IUPHAR Member?

Full Members

Full Members of IUPHAR are pharmacology-related societies in which their memberships consist of at least 20 individuals.  Full Members may be special interest, national, regional or international in scope.  Per the IUPHAR Statutes, Full Members in good standing are assigned one delegate per 300 individual members to represent their interests during the IUPHAR General Assemblies, held in association with each quadrenniel congress. Societies interested in learning more about how to become an IUPHAR Full Member should contact the Chair of the Membership Committee.

Associate Members

Associate Members of IUPHAR are pharmacology-related societies in which their membership consist of other pharmacology-related organizations. Per the IUPHAR Statutes, Associate Members in good standing are assigned two delegates to represent their interests during the IUPHAR General Assemblies, held in association with each quadrenniel congress. Societies interested in learning more about how to become an IUPHAR Associate Member should contact the Chair of the Membership Committee.

Benefactors

Benefactors of IUPHAR are pharmacology-related societies that have fewer than 20 individual members so do not yet qualify for Full Member status. Although Benefactors do not receive delegates during the IUPHAR General Assemblies, they may participate in all other services and offerings by IUPHAR. Societies interested in learning more about how to become an IUPHAR Benefactor should contact the Chair of the Membership Committee.
