Ukrainian Support Resources

The war in Ukraine has resulted in an increased need for humanitarian aid in many forms. As a global organization, IUPHAR recognizes the situation’s substantial impact on the worldwide community and is committed to gathering needed resources. IUPHAR applauds our member societies for providing humanitarian support during this trying time.

#ScienceForUkraine
Their mission is to collect and disseminate information about support opportunities at the university, national, and international level for students and researchers directly affected by the recent Russian invasion of Ukraine.

EMBO Solidarity list
A list of life scientists across Europe and beyond offering to host Ukrainian researchers in their labs.

EACPT
EAPCT set up a hotline on the homepage of our website (https://eacpt.org ) to offer support for all kinds of questions regarding drug therapy and medication in Ukraine, such as:

  • Translation of foreign drug labels
  • Drug dosing
  • Drug substitution (for non-availability)
  • Drug-drug interactions and patient risks for adverse effects

EACPT also offered their help to CICR (the Red Cross), MSF, and WMA to offer them the same services as above.
