10th Croatian Congress of Pharmacology with International Participation & 1st Croatian Congress of Clinical Pharmacology with International Participation

| The Croatian Pharmacological Society has a long tradition of organizing successful congresses by gathering leading national and international experts in basic and clinical pharmacology and related disciplines. We would like to emphasize that this is the first time the Croatian Pharmacological Society and the Croatian Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics of the Croatian Medical Association are jointly participating in the organization and implementation of the upcoming Congress. We expect that participants of the Congress will be from top experts to students of various profiles and interests. Through symposiums, round tables, workshops and plenary lectures, participants will have the opportunity to discuss current achievements and trends in basic and clinical pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, drug safety and regulation, as well as education of physicians, pharmacists and other experts in the field of pharmacology. Participants are expected to present their research through poster presentations, and special attention will be paid to student presentations in order to popularize pharmacology among young scientists. Our goal is to achieve an integrative approach to pharmacology through popular science presentations at different levels and to open up to the general public. Congress participants will be able to receive credits from relevant professional chambers, and postgraduate students will be able to receive the appropriate number of ECTS points. Besides the scientific and formal part of the Congress, we look forward to spending time together in charming Opatija, widely known for its natural beauty, Mediterranean climate, historical monuments, long coastal promenades and over 170 years of tourist tradition.
