We promote excellence in education, research, and prescribing practice, while fostering international collaboration to ensure medicines are used rationally, safely, and effectively across diverse healthcare systems.

What we do

Our Objectives

The objectives of the Medical and Clinical Pharmacology Committee are to:

Address specific issues related to the medical specialty.
Advocate for the development of Clinical Pharmacology as a medical discipline, particularly in countries where it remains underdeveloped, with a focus on improving prescribing skills through education and research.
Strengthen links with other regional clinical pharmacology associations, including those in Latin America.
Improve clinical pharmacology education and teaching in developing countries.
Raise awareness, influence policy, and drive impactful change in the development of Clinical Pharmacology worldwide.
